SC DAMPER SYSTEM β

Driving, Turning, and Braking.

This damper system influences greatly these three driving cores.

In order to correspond with the road surface conditions which change unpredictably, we have succeeded in making the excellent damper system by analyzing the data based on our sales and development achievements.

By adoption of 15 step damping adjustment and full tap system, it can correspond to various roads like a winding road or a circular course.

The full adjustable coilover makes it be able to adjust the vehicle height without affecting the length of the spring or the shock stroke.

Big piston (inverted: 38φ, upright: 44φ) has been completed by adopting the shock absorber with mono tube structure.

It can achieve the stable damping adjustment because of increase in the capacity of the oil, even when the oil is high temperature.

  • Bracket made by the high stiff steel

    Enough strength has been secured because these are the important parts which support the vehicle.

  • Big piston (inverted: 38φ)

    The piston is increased in capacity in order to endure a severer stage. It can achieve the stable damping adjustment even when the oil is high temperature.

  • Pillow upper mount

    Pillow upper mount is adopted to both front and rear. High stiffness is secured by setting the thickness of the mount body to 10mm. (Strut type have camber adjustment feature.)

  • Damping force adjustment

    Our original wide range of settings, which is 15 steps damping adjustment, can be used for street driving and also racing on the circular course.

  • Sheet and Bump rubber

    For upright, bump rubber has been adopted to all types of the cars. The high stiff duralumin is adopted to the rock sheet and the lower sheet. 2mm per winding adjustable range gives you the certain vehicle height and preload adjustments.
