The exclusive use for NISSAN GT-R R35
The coilover kit for NISSAN GT-R R35 exclusive use has been completed. Pillow upper both in front and rear, HYPERCO spring, the 30 step damping adjustment, and steel bracket are adopted.
The KTS demo car with SC DAMPER SYSTEMγ and air intake & exhaust tune has recorded 59.00 seconds at TC2000 (Tsukuba circuit). At TC2000, the circular course which has very technical layout, suspension arrangement is the most important to stuff the time.
SC DAMPER SYSTEMγ developed by our experience and technique shows its real value at such circular course , because it's difficult to establish a lead in lap times by the power difference in the machines.
You can choose the spring rate from the following; 12k / 13k / 14k / 16k / 18k for front and 10k / 12k / 14k / 16k for rear. (Original rate is 14k for front and 14k for rear) Arrangement suitable for your car is possible.
Steel bracket, Anti-rust processed
Steel material is used to suppress the weight, securing the strength. It has been anti-rust processed, to be able to correspond in personal severe four seasons in Japan.
Fixed pillow upper mount
To make a direct reaction achieved to driver's operation, pillow upper mount has been adopted. You can realize a more delicate handling.
The 30 step damping adjustment
We achieved 30 step damping adjustment to correspond the weather, temperature or the tire abrasion which changes during the driving at circular course.
Mono tube upright absorber
The gas chamber and an oil chamber are separated perfectly because of the mono tube upright structure. That restrains the decline of damping adjustment effect and the degradation of the oil.
Anodic oxide coating duralumin
The lock ring and the lock sheet are made of anodic oxide coating duralumin. The dust boots and the bump rubber are included.
